Halloween Decor In Black and White

Halloween Decor Before Fox Cake Plate

When you shop thrift you have to look past the current look of interesting items.  This cake plate is a weird color, and the fox figurine is a little boring.   You can solve both problems with a little spray paint.

Goodwill Entry Way DecorTake a look at the new BLACK cake plate, and the WHITE fox resting on top of the books.  The fox is a little hidden in this photo, but you can get the idea.  I just added a ribbon mask to the Goodwill figurine.  EVERYTHING on the tabletop is thrifted except for the black lampshades that I picked up at TarJay.

If you are new to thrift shopping you might think that thrift stores are only for costumes.  That is Not So!

Look at the amazing decor that I have found on my travels.

Style can be affordable!

It was already white when I found it! I do think you could use spray paint though. Give it a try!

Dee, love the black/white combination! I just bought my second pumpkin at GW like yours. Did you paint yours white? What kind of spray paint do you use?
