Cowboy Boot Storage

Cowboy Boot Storage

It is Spring Cleaning and Organizing time!  I have an easy and inexpensive solution is a thrifted bookcase.

Bookcase DIY Cowboy Boot Storage

See the humble beginnings?  Just a faux-wood bookcase from a thrift store.  (They are in Vast Supply)  don’t pay too much!

I kicked out the back panel.  It was Easy!!  Then I primed and painted it white.  I used a few cans of spray paint.

Here it is in my closet.

I bolted it to my wall with some L brackets.  I still have the earthquake fear even though I left San Francisco years ago.

Load up your thrifted cowboy boots and you are all set!!

You are insanely clever!! Your closet looks great, & I’m totally jealousy of all your boots! We do love out botas here in Oklahoma 🙂

P.S. I’ve never understood why people donate their boots to the thrift store. They don’t fall apart like tennis shoes, and they look even better with a few scuffs…oh well, good for us!

Love! What a great idea..except I’d have to use a drill for the brackets. Please do a drill tutorial so I can get over my huge fear of drills.
Pleeez..one request..you must show us what your boots and shoes look like by turning them the other way!! Then you can turn them back. The end.- ann
